cm The invention relates to chemical engineering, in particular to screw extruders, containing a device for tempering their cylinder, firewood for processing thermoplastic plastics and rubber. The purpose of the invention is to facilitate the replacement of a device for cylinder tempering. Fig. 1 shows the cylinder sections of an extruder with separate cylindrical holes peripherally located in the axial direction, a longitudinal section; 2 shows intermediate rings with annular canals ra arranged along their end surfaces, along the bottom section; on fig.Z - vkla; rings, longitudinal cut; FIG. 4 is a view A of FIG. 3; on fig.Z - type B on fig.Z; Fig. 6 is a diagram of the compasses of the tempering cooling medium in the intermediate rings and cylinder sections of the extruder with a sweep of supplementary rings. The screw extruder comprises a cylinder tempering device for processing thermoplastic plastics and rubber, made in the form of sections 1 of an extruder cylinder to reach a screw (not shown) with axially spaced individual cylindrical holes 2 communicated with means for supplying and discharging temperarun cooling medium ( not shown). The screw extruder is provided with extruder located between sections 1 of the cylinder with peripheral separate cylindrical holes 2 intermediate to rings 3 with annular channels 4 and 5 arranged on their end surfaces, respectively, and annular channels 6 arranged in annular channels 4 and 5 of the intermediate rings 6 for meander-like circulation of the tempering cooling medium. Screw extruder works as follows. Through the underwater hole 13, the tempering cooling medium enters the annular channel 5 through the through hole: hole 8 and is circled by a milled recess 7 (it is designed as a longitudinal hole to alternately cover at least two peripheral cylindrical holes 2 of section 1 of the extruder cylinder). At the other end of the peripheral separate cylindrical bore 2, this process is repeated, since the supporting ring 6 at this end is rotated one step of the milled recess 7. Then the tempering cooling medium enters the annular channel 4 and is directed to the bypass hole 14. The manufacturing process of the intermediate rings 3 is simple, since on both end surfaces only annular grooves are necessary for annular channels 4 and 5, respectively. The tabs 9 and 10 allow the insertion rings 6 to be precisely inserted and secured. Moreover, the insertion ring 6 and the intermediate ring 3 lie flush against each other and are pressed against the section 1 of the extruder cylinder by tightening the bolts 12 placed in the flanges 11, intermediate rings 3 are made with elements of centering and fitting (not shown) to create the possibility of preferable mounting of intermediate rings 3 ". Claims (2) [1] Claim 1. Screw extruder containing 3 device for tempering the cylinder for processing thermoplastic plastics and rubber, made in the form of sections of the cylinder of the extruder for covering the screw with peripheral axially peripheral individual cylindrical holes in communication with means for supplying and discharging a tempering cooling medium, characterized in that, in order to facilitate the replacement of the cylinder tempering device, the screw extruder is provided with peripheral extruder located between the cylinder sections GOVERNMENTAL separate cylindrical holes with intermediate rings made on their end faces and annular ^ channels arranged in kol- 5 main channels of the intermediate rings with insert rings for a meander-like circulation of the tempering cooling medium, and a milled recess in the form of a longitudinal hole is made along the end surface of the insert rings to cover at least two peripheral separate cylindrical openings of the cylinder section to enable the removal of the tempering cooling medium and through holes to enable the supply or removal of a tempering cooling medium.
